This Tree <br /> Approval will expire on 30 December 2003 unless a complete development plan review <br /> application [see Section 16-3-303] is submitted or, where development plan review is not <br /> required,the approved activity is completed. <br /> 2) This approval is based on plans drawn by Wilbur Smith and Associates, dated 9-24-02, <br /> revised to show trees and received 12-20-02. <br /> 3) Stakeout inspection prior to clearing. Stake limits of clearing, as well as pathways of all <br /> utility lines. Erect chain link fence around 53 inch live oak to the dripline to protect the <br /> roots of this tree during construction. No grade disturbance of any kind is to occur within <br /> this fenced area. Erect tree protection barricade around 18,18,23 LA at edges of gravel and <br /> concrete sidewalk. Adjust path of water line to better avoid this tree. Flag trees to be <br /> removed in red. <br /> 4) Prior to final Certificate of Compliance inspection, have certified arborist root feed, using <br /> Mycor plus fertilizer,the 18, 18,23 LA.
