This Tree <br /> Approval will expire on the same date as the Notice of Action unless a complete <br /> development plan review application [see Section 16-3-303] is submitted or, where <br /> development plan review is not required,the approved activity is completed. <br /> 2) This approval is based on plans drawn by Diversified Designs,dated 2-18-11. <br /> 3) Stakeout inspection prior to beginning work. Stake edges of all buildings, walkways and <br /> service yards; flag pathways of any utilities. The specimen water oak must have tree <br /> protection in place for this inspection; this may be a "fence" of hay bales, stacked two high <br /> and secured in place with stakes, adding a third leg at the dripline nearest Central Avenue to <br /> enclose the protected space around the tree. All other tree protection fence must be wooden <br /> 2 X 4s, as detailed on the plans,placed as closely as possible to the dripline of the four trees <br /> on the building side of the bike path in the 278 buffer, as well as the 30 inch live oak <br /> between existing buildings.
