<br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL/REASON FOR DISAPPROVAL:
<br /> 1) Pursuant to LMO Sections 16-3-409, this Tree Approval is subject to expiration. This Tree
<br /> Approval will expire on 8 September 2006 unless a complete development plan review
<br /> application [see Section 16-3-303] is submitted or, where development plan review is not
<br /> required,the approved activity is completed.
<br /> 2) This approval is based on plans drawn by Wilbur Smith and Associates dated August, 2004
<br /> and with numerous revisions,the last of which was for p. 51 a, received on 9-7-05.
<br /> 3) Stakeout inspection prior to beginning work. Stake edges of all new pervious and
<br /> impervious paving. In General Aviation parking lot, erect tree barricades at edge of
<br /> pavement in islands around trees to be saved. Be prepared to make minor changes to the
<br /> impervious surfaces around large trees to be saved (see condition 4 of this approval)
<br /> including the addition of compact spaces. Flag trees to be removed in red.
<br /> 4) Reduce drive aisle of parking to 20 feet under the canopy of the 27 inch live oak, the
<br /> 14,18,20 live oaks and the oaks at the head of the middle island. Hold the edge of pavement
<br /> opposite these trees and remove 4 feet of asphalt at the nearest edge.
<br /> 5) No storage of materials, vehicles or equipment in any islands in the parking lot where
<br /> existing trees are to be saved.
<br /> 6) No planting of sod or any other landscape plants under the canopies of any existing trees in
<br /> the parking lot that are 20 inches or larger in diameter. Apply shredded wood mulch only in
<br /> these areas.
<br /> 7) Add one red cedar to the mitigation planting plan on page 53 of the plans.
<br /> 8) Prior to Certificate of Compliance inspection, install landscape timbers, two courses in
<br /> height and secured to the ground with rebar, at the perimeter of the islands in the following
