<br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL/REASON FOR DISAPPROVAL:
<br /> 1) Pursuant to LMO Sections 16-3-409, this Tree Approval is subject to expiration. This Tree
<br /> Approval will expire on 7 January 2007 unless a complete development plan review
<br /> application [see Section 16-3-303] is submitted or, where development plan review is not
<br /> required,the approved activity is completed.
<br /> 2) This approval is based on plans drawn by Carolina Engineering dated 10-31-05.
<br /> 3) Stakeout inspection prior to clearing. Stake corners of all impervious surfaces, as well as
<br /> pathways of all utilities. Pay special attention to the trees to be saved around hangar 1; the
<br /> building may have to be shifted to save the 20 inch live oak. Erect tree protection fence
<br /> around trees to be saved near the hangars, and along the edge of asphalt behind hangar 3.
<br /> Flag trees to be removed in red.
<br /> 4) Build retaining walls at the Gateway Circle end of hangars 3 and 4 to keep fill off of
<br /> adjacent preserved trees. Discuss details of these walls at pre-clearing inspection.
<br /> 5) Tree replacement for this project is as follows: 14 trees in Category I; 7 trees in Category II.
