This Tree <br /> Approval will expire on 29 June 2006 unless a complete development plan review <br /> application [see Section 16-3-303] is submitted or, where development plan review is not <br /> required, the approved activity is completed. THIS APPROVAL VOIDS TREE <br /> APPROVAL A-1009. <br /> 2) This approval is based on plans drawn by Andrews Engineering, dated 1-31-05, last revised <br /> 6-16-05. <br /> 3) Stakeout inspection prior to clearing. Stake edges of all impervious surfaces, as well as <br /> paths of all utility lines and perimeter of detention pond. Erect tree barricades, as close to <br /> driplines as possible, around trees shown on approved plan. In addition, erect chain link <br /> fence barricades around 48LO, and 50,18L0 and 18,12,17L0 as close to driplines as <br /> possible. Minor changes to the site plan to better accommodate trees will be discussed <br /> during this inspection. Flag trees to be removed in red. <br /> 4) Eliminate concrete surround and paved flumes at storm drainage inlet near front entrance. <br /> Use ditches planted with native wetland plants to funnel water to inlet. <br /> 5) Eliminate two new parking spaces adjacent to 27,30LO and compact space adjacent to 28P. <br /> 6) No plantings of any kind (including sod) under the driplines of the trees cited in condition 3 <br /> of this approval. <br /> 7) Replanting is as follows: 47 inches in Category I (10-12 feet in height at time of planting), 5 <br /> inches in Category II (10-12 feet in height), 110 inches in Category III (5-7 feet in height) <br /> and 3 inches in Category IV (6-8 feet in height). <br />
