This Tree
Approval will expire on 16 April 2010 unless a complete development plan review
application [see Section 16-3-303] is submitted or, where development plan review is not
required,the approved activity is completed.
2) This approval is based on plans drawn by Tate Design Group dated 1-15-09 and stamped by
the engineer on 4-5-09.
3) Stakeout inspection prior to clearing. Stake edges of all impervious surfaces, as well as
perimeters of all lagoons and pathways of all utilities, both wet and dry. Erect silt fence and
tree protection fence for this inspection; silt fence cannot be used under the canopies of
specimen trees---used staked hay bales instead. Erect a double line of tree protection fence at
the edge of the canopies of all specimen trees; any clusters of trees to remain on site that are
not behind silt fencing must also have tree protection fence in place. Flag trees to be
removed in red. Because of the size of the project, it would be best to schedule the stakeout
inspection in phases.
4) Pull the outfall structure for pond #3 out of the 20 foot OCRM buffer and allow overland
flow into the marshes of Old House Creek.
5) The front entrance wall must be no closer than 10 feet from the trunks of the triple live oak
to the left of the entrance drive.
5) Prior to Certificate of Compliance inspection, submit a list of trees that will be planted as
replacements. Be sure to include caliper inch information to show that the plan meets the
requirements in condition 8 of this approval.
