This Tree <br /> Approval will expire on 25 May 2011 unless a complete development plan review <br /> application [see Section 16-3-303] is submitted or, where development plan review is not <br /> required,the approved activity is completed. <br /> 2) This approval is based on a plat drawn by Thomas and Hutton, dated 5-3-10 for site layout <br /> only; all grading, impervious surfaces, tree removal, and wet and dry utilities are as <br /> approved for DPR070024 for Abbey Glen. Additional trees that were agreed to be saved at <br /> the stakeout inspections must be saved for this approval regardless of their status on these <br /> plans. <br /> 3) Stakeout inspection prior to clearing. Stake edges of all impervious surfaces, as well as <br /> perimeters of all lagoons and pathways of all utilities, both wet and dry. Erect silt fence and <br /> tree protection fence for this inspection; silt fence cannot be used under the canopies of <br /> specimen trees---used staked hay bales instead. Erect a double line of tree protection fence at <br /> the edge of the canopies of all specimen trees; any clusters of trees to remain on site that are <br /> not behind silt fencing must also have tree protection fence in place. Flag trees to be <br /> removed in red. Because of the size of the project, it would be best to schedule the stakeout <br /> inspection in phases. (Done for DPR week of 9-14-09) <br /> 4) Pull the outfall structure for pond #3 out of the 20 foot OCRM buffer and allow overland <br /> flow into the marshes of Old House Creek. <br /> 5) The front entrance wall must be no closer than 10 feet from the trunks of the triple live oak <br /> to the left of the entrance drive. <br />
