Small Residential Development - 2-5 homes
Small Residential Development Review This application is for more 2-5 dwelling units on a single parcel. Additional information must be submitted with this application prior to approval. 1) A site plan to scale; 2) Proof of an approved sewage disposal system, either a copy of SC DHEC septic system approval or a 'Will Serve' letter from the Public Service District stating that sewer service is available and will be used; 3) Copy of an encroachment permit from the appropriate agency for a new driveway if applicable; and 4) A copy of any draft legal documents for access or other easements. Additional information may be required. The documents can be attached to your online submission. If they are not attached upon submittal, you will be required to send them to our office, either in person or by mail/email: cdic@hiltonheadislandsc.gov or Town of Hilton Head Island, Community Development Department, 1 Town Center Ct, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
