Minor Development Plan
This application is for all development (some exceptions) that does not involve the construciton of new buildings or additions. Some examples are site work for parking lots, landscaping, utility work, fences, etc. Additional and supplemental information is required based on the specific request. The supplemental forms and information can be attached to your online submission. If the documents and plans are not attached upon submittal, you will be required to send it to our office via email: cdic@hiltonheadislandsc.gov or hand deliver to the Town of Hilton Head Island, Community Development Department, One Town Center Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. If you have questions prior to applying for this permit, please call 843-341-4757. Once your application is received you will be notified as to the next steps. The application fee is $100. You will be notified when and how payment should be made to the Town. Town business licenses may also be required depending on various factors.
